We are proud to introduce the world’s first picture dictionary of the Quran, consisting of over 2,000 entries. Our goal is to empower the majority of Muslims who are not native Arabic speakers and help them read the Quran in its original, rich Arabic form within 4-6 months without relying on translations. After five years of hard work, this dictionary highlights the connection between all words that share the same root. It is designed to be simple, without indulging in redundant details or overly academic discussions that can make the book irrelevant. For anyone who has always wanted to have a personal connection with the Book of Allah in Arabic, this dictionary is a dream come true.

Praise be to Allah. Over the past five years, I have been working on The Clear Quran Dictionary. It all began when a brother expressed his difficulty in understanding Quranic recitations during Taraweeh due to Arabic not being his first language. After much contemplation, I decided to create a dictionary that would aid non-Arabic speakers in understanding the Quran in Arabic within just 4-6 months. I started by jotting down the Arabic alphabet on my desk and saying, Bismillah. Now, with Allah’s help, I am excited to announce that this remarkable dictionary will be available during Ramadan this year, Insha Allah. Despite the many challenges, including a global pandemic, this journey has taken me to Canada, Egypt, Istanbul, Makkah, and Madinah. I am grateful for my team of editors, illustrators, designers, sponsors, calligraphers, and countless others who have supported me throughout this project.
