Shipping & Returns

You can return most unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll cover return shipping costs if we sent you the wrong item or a defective one. If you choose not to accept the product or return it without any defect or issue, you will be responsible for the full shipping costs – both for delivery to you and the return to us. Typically, you’ll receive your refund within four weeks. This includes the time it takes for us to receive your return, process it, and for your bank to issue the refund. To return an item, please contact us with your order number and product details. We’ll provide specific return instructions.
