My life’s journey, with its experiences and insights, needed expression. My intention was to share, not solely to aid myself, but to offer solace and guidance to others navigating their own tribulations.

However, my motivation extended beyond mere survival. I aspired for people to flourish amid their storms. So, I wrote, while traversing my personal tempest. The words that fill this book became both my declaration and my missive to the world. They emerged as my most sincere endeavor, not just to lift myself from the depths, but also to extend a helping hand to others on the same path. Writing became my instrument to illuminate the fact that just as we stumble, we also rise. The world we inhabit is multifaceted, offering an array of paths. Indeed, there is suffering, loss, and even moments of darkness. Yet, amidst these, there also exists light, hope, and beauty. Love and happiness persist, woven into the fabric of existence.
